kathleen knox was running for controller. investigators say she lived in san leandro in her filing but they believe she lives in dna ville. she said she's officially -- in danville. she said she's officially and respectfully withdrawing her candidacy. she pleaded not guilty to six felony counts. >>> today is the last day to register to vote for the upcoming june 3rd primary election. you need to reregister to vote if you have moved, changed your name or changed political parties. the june 3rd primary election will determine the candidates who will appear on the november ballot in state-wide races such as governor and secretary of state as well as u.s. congressional seats and state assembly and senate seats. >>> you will see the name of leland yee on the ballot. he's listed as a candidate for secretary of state. he dropped out of the race in march after being charged in the corruption case. but that was after the deadline so it was too late to remove his name. he remains free on $500,000 bail as his case moves towards trial. >
