kpix 5's ken bastida is in the newsroom with the details. ken. >> reporter: yeah, hi, elizabeth. in a high level operation, 400 law enforcement officers executed dozens of search warrants today bringing down 13 massage parlor and spas allegedly fronts for laundry list of crimes including human trafficking, sex exploitation and labor trafficking. was a widespread operation covering several counties. the district attorney of alameda county says it was the community who stepped forward to help kick off this investigation. >> the community came to the alameda county sheriff's department to complain about 7 separate businesses in the unincorporated part of this county. and the community complaints was that these businesses were really fronts for houses of prostitution. >> reporter: a lot of complaints and those complaints were followed up by a six-month investigation that expanded to uncovering multiple criminal operations. so here it is. 18 people arrested today. 17 of which are women. 111 total criminal charges were filed. and authorities say the growth of massage parlors operating

ken bastida has the video. >> reporter: allen, chopper 5 is over the scene right now and just about a half hour ago, the battered shell of that cessna emerged from the water. it went down sunday afternoon after colliding with another plane midair near the richmond bridge. the other plane landed safely after divers hooked the wreckage on to a crane, it was hoisted on to a barge. it will be hauled to shore so investigators can try to figure out exactly what went wrong. now, kpix 5 producer wilson walker is out on the water right now. this was his view from the boat. now, obviously, the biggest challenge which is keeping the wreckage intact, they had it wrapped with netting to try to contain everything, but wilson tells us every time they moved it, you could hear the creeking sound of mangled metal. the pilot's body came up with the wreckage. that pilot's identity has not yet been released. we are continuing to watch the salvage operation closely. we will keep you posted. live in studio, i'm ken bastida, kpix 5. >>> well, he's already in jail accused of molesting his students. now a popu

ken bastida in the newsroom and ken, the video pretty remarkable to see. >> reporter: it is. this is the airport security video of the hawaiian airlines jet that was parked at the gate after the flight from san jose. now, it's a little hard to see at first but we have spotlighted him so you can actually see him climbing down. you can see his legs hanging there. keep a close eye on the engine. all of a sudden you see the boy sort of drop down out of the wheel well. he disappears for a few moments there behind the engine and then he starts walking out on the tarmac. yahya abdi's path zigzags a little wobbly, his legs are shaky, appears to stumble as he makes his way toward the jetway. the teen just keeps walking and eventually he just disappears from sight. now, this video was recorded at 11:25 a.m. the plane landed in maui at about 10:30 a.m. so this would back up the account given by airport officials. they said a worker found the stowaway about an hour after the flight from san jose touched down and that the boy was weak and very disoriented. he has since returned to the bay
