she called maryland state police. maryland state police in turn, she claims, sent the fbi to her home. they sent about 20 agents, they spent the entire day combing the fields today. a very rural area in northern maryland, looking around. i also just spoke to two fishermen who pulled their boat from a nearby lake. they say they spotted fbiç ages also doing a search for most of the day around that lake. all of this net very far away, maybe five to ten miles from that pnc bank where you saw the surveillance video of the person of interest early monday morning. a lot of activity here in maryland having to do with this investigation. >> deanna, did she describe for you what she found, who those items were? >> there was a white plastic bag and inside it was trash, food wrappers, things like that. the broken glass was in a neat pile and, again, at first she thought maybe it was someone coming down the road, cleaned out her car. it wasn't until tuesday night she thought to call police. >> no personal items if you will that

a new plan to crackdown on maryland drivers is underway. police are targeting drivers who do not move over for emergency vehicles. so people learned the hard way over the weekend as state authority gave out 60 citations on friday through sunday. they are also looking for drunk drivers and speeders. >>> and prince george's county has new eyes on you, too. if you don't stop before making a right on red you'll get a ticket in the mail. there are a half dozen new traffic cameras using the new technology. the cameras record a 12-second video of each right turn on red violation. officials review them and some will be thrown out. it may make drivers think twice and result in you getting more citations. >> the light is red and it's clear to go, why would i have to come to a clear stop. it's just a way for them to get money out of all of us. >> the cameras will also catch more than one driver who runs a red light. in the past, it only reported the first driver. >>> this morning maryland state police need your help finding this man. take a look, surv

and yesterday police tell us her atm card was used at a bank in northern maryland. we're joined live from aberdeen with the latest on this story. deio deiona. >> reporter: we can tell you federal agents from baltimore and philadelphia spent the day here in aberdeen, many times coming in and out of this pnc bank here. we're a half mile from the i-95 exit, so it's believed that whoever came off that exit used that atm card here, may have gotten right back on to the highway. the cameras inside, three cameras in that atm area, one on the outside door, one inside and one on the atm machine. we can tell you that investigators have been showing photographs from those surveillance cameras to the victim's family, and they are telling us they don't immediately recognize that man. however, investigators with the philadelphia police department, the baltimore division of the fbi and the philadelphia division of the fbi have not yet released those images to the public. so they're not releasing them to the public but are showing them to the victim's family. we can also tell you fe

they are on the road right now heading to maryland. they'll reunite with carlesha at the hospital where she is being treated. that hospital is howard county general. it is in columbia, maryland. and that is where our diana rocco continues our live team coverage. diana? >> reporter: and chris, carlesha was found late this afternoon not too far from here. we are told she is now resting in a hospital room here at howard county general hospital. she's anxiously awaiting the arrival of her family and talking to detectives. hospital officials tell us tonight that carlesha is in good condition. her family is expected to be here within the hour. she was found by the atf acting on a tip this afternoon. they approached a car that ford taurus investigators had been looking for in jessup, maryland. they saw a male and female in the back seat. and as it looked like that male was about to drive away, they moved in and were able to apprehend the suspect. carlesha immediately identified herself as the missing girl from pennsylvania. >> woman was very

"eyewitness news" has obtained exclusive video of her family getting into a car in philadelphia on their way here to reunite with carlesha. they got in that car just before 9 o'clock tonight and they are of course elated after an emotional taxing three days for this family. authorities say as soon as they approached the car that carlesha was in this afternoon, she identified herself as the missing girl from pennsylvania and a few moments later she was able to talk to her mother on the phone. >> she was very upset. she was crying and she just was asking for me, telling me love me, she miss me, come get her. >> reporter: again, carlesha is
