boston to look at the boat in its entirety. there was some discussion last week about whether they wanted to cut out portions of the boat that the court or both sides deemed relevant. looks like in the end decided to do a field trip, take the jurors there. they spent a half hour looking at the boat. this morning, first witness on the stand was a police officer by the name of joe reynolds with watertown police department. he was the first officer to encounter the two brothers as they made their way after the carjacking, remember the mercedes suv carjacked in cambridge. this officer testified he was driving the opposite direction, sees both vehicles the mercedes and green honda accord. he turns around starts to follow them. makes a call on the radio. this is 20 minutes after the call about the carjacking was sent out over the radio. he said he was told to wait until he got backup before he engaged those two brothers in that stop but before he could do that tamron he says tamerlan tsarnaev driving the mercedes got out of the car a

notice the moisture goes from just south of boston all the way over towards dallas. you can clearly see the warm air on the south side, the cold air on the north side. that whole system will sag down. winter storm warnings from parts of texas all the way through the mid-atlantic region towards new york city. for us, everybody in our viewing area now under a winter storm warning. future weather shows the showers across the area with heavier rain to the north. the rain really starts to pick up a 10:00, 11:00 12:00, 1:00 a.m. but notice the snow line. here it comes. hagerstown, martinsburg you'll see the snow first. you'll have problems first thing. d.c., we see the changeover around 5:00, 6:00. that's why i think the roads might not be too bad, but don't let that fool you. the snow comes in quickly, gets heavy at times, all the way to the south. notice frederick, hahagerstown, marlt nz heart nzburg, the next wave move through and we get more snow in the area. this is why i've taken snow totals down. show you those in a second. by 6:30, just about out of the area. here

it is shifting further south, boston, southern new england, even new york city less impact. if down around d.c. baltimore, philadelphia, all the way through west virginia central kentucky, this is your winter storm, one of the worst ones all winter long. you're saying how is it going to snow. it is in the 50s and 60s in areas that will have snow tomorrow morning. it is crazy. right now, looking at snow coming down in areas like missouri. this is the beginning of what should be a bad event. as far as this evening goes the evening rush hour we will see that transition take place here. areas of southern portions of the ohio valley. if you're driving around lexington, louisville temperatures are falling, it will start to snow. by this afternoon and evening will start to accumulate on roads. that's probably the evening rush hour problems. then snows overnight hard in west virginia and areas of southern pennsylvania, into areas of virginia. when you wake up tomorrow morning, should be snowing hard in areas like washington, d.c. back into areas like new york. we think there could b
