in wyoming we must and do have both. wyoming sends electricity to both the eastern and western power grids. reaching from iowa to washington. wyoming generated 49.6 million mega watt hours of electricity in 2012 with 66% of this electricity consumed beyond our borders. this electricity generation includes 88% coal and 9% wind. epa's proposal impacts states differently. each state has unique characteristics in energy portfolios that drive the application of each of the four building blocks. for wyoming the proposed-goal is problematic and unrealistic to achieve. epa is proposing a compressed timeline in which states are to develop and submit their state plans. considering the complexity of proposal and developing a compliance plan along with any state need legislation the timelines are problematic if not unrealistic. wyoming he's emission reduction required by 2020 which is 70% of the proposed state goal is far greater than can be achieved. this disparity is often referred to as the cliff. wyoming's evaluation identified

health fair that i'll hear stories like that, because i do every weekend in wyoming. people are concerned about the cost even those who have been getting subsidies through the exchanges are noticing that deductibles are higher than their previous insurance. co-pay is higher. they're paying more. they're paying more and getting less, which is why this health care law continues to be unpopular across the country. take a look at any of the national numbers that are coming out and you're going to find many more people who feel they were harmed by the law than helped by the law. there is a ratio of more people thip they were harmed -- people think they were harmed than helped. more people want it repeal. that is what we're seeing across the country with this health care law. the president should listen to the american people who have these stories to tell. i was on the floor yesterday talked about a woman from maine. there was an article in a paper from maine she found the whole experience that she's been going through now frightening and she has insurance through the exch
