in the meantime, the north charleston police department is taking swift action. they have fired officer michael slager as he faces these murder charges. and they're making some further changes to the department on top of that as well. slager was not wearing a body camera when he shot 50-year-old walter scott. now the mayor has said the city is also ordering an additional 150 body cameras to outfit every one of their officers. the man who captured the video, feidin santana is now speaking out....
