how does the field look now, jeff? jeff: crowded. and we're only halfway there. there are so many more announcements to come. let's start with mike huckabee. among republicans he's definitely the most well known of the three. he's been on fox news every night on his show and he actually won the iowa caucuses in 2008. it's always helpful to be running a second time, i think. the biggest question is if he will be able to stand -- expand the you have -- universe of people who supported him last time. he won because of social conservatives. he was surprised he won the iowa caucuses. he did not have any money. mitt romney was spending all this money. but he's a very good speaker. he went after one -- every one of his republican rivals there, and of course, i am not a blue blood -- i wonder who he is talking about? maybe jeb bush? interesting race and i would not write him off the gwen: carly fiorina has run a big business successfully, some say not so successfully. where is her support? jeff: she dwrarn ran for senate in california against barbara boxer a couple years

jeff goldberg, abc 7 news. kellye: jeff, thank you. another sign of normalcy in baltimore, the mall is open. it was closed last monday after looters tore through the shops. mayor: it is such a dramatic difference from where it was monday. i'm so grateful because it shows the resiliency of our city. kellye: not every store has reopened. some have been heavily damaged. no timeline on when all the stores will reopen. earlier, atf agents were investigating baltimore's burned-out cvs pharmacy that was looted and set on fire last monday. the building has been condemned and police tape is still around the site. the atf is offering a $10,000 reward for information about the multiple fires that were set during the riots. baltimore police arrested nearly 500 people in the past week. 486 people were arrested for looting and breaking curfew. police said 100 13 officers were injured responding to the protests and riots. while the extent of the injuries is not known come a few days ago they said that 13 officers were heard to the extent they could n

jeff: there is a real open market. micro-grids -- there are markets where there is a well-developed grid. whether it be in north america or europe. but a real target for companies would be the places where the grid is either desperately in need for upgrade or does not exist. there's an enormous market in rural india and africa and china where there is a need for electricity, a raw need. if i may go back to something that david said -- although tesla's price point seems high it was nearly five years ago where the cost were over $1000 per kilohour. back then, it would have been over $10,000 to put the same battery into your garage. when you look at the u.s., in california, if you are going over a certain load, you are paying extra costs for electricity. there is a market in california today. if you could break into the market, the cost will drop down. emily: right. we will be monitoring that. jeff chamberlain, thank you for joining us, as well as david gura of bloomberg television. coming up, a bump in the road for linke
