. >>> let go live to matt pellman in the traffic center. >> hey guys, we are watching the wheels turning slowly along the roosevelt boulevard northbound side from the schuylkill to broad street just our normal afternoon delay taking shape can you see the road is wetd and one rolled through the area of the woods the east falls section of the city, things are without and definitely slow along the boulevard this afternoon, we are watching the accident involving the police officer in ben salem bucks county, maybe stay down in woodhaven northbound approaching the turnpike just 17 miles per hour. sliding over to abington a crash along huntington pike along sioux avenue. and a crash involving an overturned vehicle at 309. luckily 309 is not as bad as yesterday afternoon after we had all the eastbound traffic from the northeast extension and it's so much better than yesterday with speeds in the mid-60s and a crash in gloucester county along marshall mill road and stanton avenue no issues on 55 coming southbound to vineland and millville. details just coming in of a crash at rittenhouse. more on

we know the train derailment is having an impact on traffic, matt pellman is in the traffic center. >> we are seeing a lot of detours a lot of them could be in place for a while. of the course the biggy being amtrak service between here and new york city, all trains on the northeast corridor still halted but trains are operating between philadelphia and between here and harrisburg and d.c. and d.c. and boston. njt is helping out running buses from cherry hill to trenton and can you take amtrak up to new york city, but the a.c. amtrak line is not running and won't be for a while. septa, the trenton regional rail line is halted and stay that way for a while and they added extra service on the trenton line, extra trains and cars on the regularly scheduled trains chestnut east is doing fine. meanwhile on the roadway front there in port richmond a bunch of blockages frankford avenue is open between tarsdale and caster but i would avoid it stick with aramingo or richmond or 95 but extra volume on 95 today and the next few days as people detour and are forced to take to the roads rather than
