this happened on the first block of devonshire drive building a here in east windsor township. again miles the neighbor tells us he heard a woman screaming. he ran outside to these large flames. we have talk to fire victims who say it was a scary morning. they were awoke by alarms and family members and now they are wondering what is left of their homes. >> i think it is really scary and it is a trauma to her because her mom went in the room pulled her feet saying that the fire was burning. she thought she was going to die or anything. >> my home is not affected but i live in building b which we got woken up at 2:00 in the morning. we had to evacuate the the building. it was scary to see how many families got affected. >> reporter: again, as many as 16 units affect so a lot of families there and at least three injuries including two people that lived here. one who possibly had to jump from the second story window and fire fighter with a minor leg injury. a lot of people have been out the side, even if they were not personally affect just to see how their neighbors were doing. t
