it's starting to leave atlantic city. still very heavy rain lots of lightning around ocean city, just stretching to the north of avalon but it is moving off shore fairly slowly though. cape may county atlantic county, up into parts of burlington county we have a flood advisory out for this area until 7:30. up to about 2 inches of rain have fallen so far. and we still do expect more so. flooding is possible in that area. imminent of flooding is a flash flood warning. this one includes vineland newfield, and it also stretches into parts of burlington county. this one goes until 6:45 this evening. 3 to 4 inches of rain already fallen here across the ac expressway. so flooding occurring in that area. also, a flood advisory now for parts of delaware county philadelphia, lower montgomery county. all the major interstates because of some very slow-moving storms across this area right now. so flooding could occur in these areas about an inch of rain could fall in a short period of time. that goes until 7:45 this evening. flash fl
