a fire forces the evacuation of students in philadelphia's ben franklin high school. good morning. i'm vai sikahema. nbc 10's jesse gary is live on the scene. what can you tell us? >> reporter: there were students inside the school of the at the time of the fire and they were moved to the franklin learning center. fernando i understand this fire began in a classroom, tell us exactly what happened? >> on the fourth floor classroom the teacher called down saying there was a fire in the ceiling so they immediately started to evacuate the building. they got all of the students out safely and we are very proud of our teachers who took needed action and the students who actually got out very quickly. >> and the fire reached into the ceiling of the classroom, did it spread to other parts of the building? >> we don't know. we did what they call us to do which is evacuate the floor so we immediately evacuated the floor and we don't know the extent of the damage right now so we will have to assess that. >> children have been evacuated to the learning center around the corner and it will be t
