the loudoun county school board will reconsider the name of a new middle school. earlier this month the board voted to name the school after former speaker of the virginia house of delegates john f. ryan. the local naacp wants the school renamed. the civil rights group says ryan's contribution to virginia's history may have included supporting racial segregation. the school board now has to rescind the name and consider previously rejected options or submit new names. that vote will take place today. >>> a charles county shelter that has helped thousands of men is being forced to shut down in ten days. the house of help city of hope shelter is being forced to relocate after the owner decided to sell the property. the founder of the shelter dr. shirley holloway is concerned the men who are living there will be will be forced back on the streets. it's not clear where the shelter will relocate. >>> today, roger goodell will decide whether to let tom brady play this year. he is appealing his four-game suspension for the deflategate scandal. an investigation found that
