joining me now is former prosecutor and criminal defense attorney robert bianchi. thank you for your time here and especially now that we know that guilty plea. how does she benefit for this or what the difference would be if she pleaded not guilty? >> yeah. this is a very nuanced situation going on between the prosecutor and defense attorney. i think the defense attorney did a good job trying to cap the amount of damage damage control so that she's only facing a maximum of sefb years and ask for down to two years. it is unlikely and i believe behind the scenes inl formally the prosecutor believes it's enough regardless of what that internal investigation reveals so i think that they both bargained and the prosecutor felt that was an appropriate charge and the defense attorney got a ceiling he doesn't have to worry about anymore. >> how will the judge approach this? we're watching her in court and appears remorseful. could be an act. for some who believe that she truly is remorseful and that she was just taken by these two very clever criminals, how will the judge
