the reason i know this is because the taxpayer dollars of harrisburg, pennsylvania were used to buy one in 2001. $277 were spent on a petrified pine tree. it was dumped if a storage space in harrison, pennsylvania along with a chuck wagon dinner bell $75 and 36-inch wide child's bathtub, $300. and old barbed wire from the eastern plains company purchased with $56 in harrison, pennsylvania, taxpayer dollars. not everything was cheap. $19,000 bronze cowboy on a bucking bronco. $14,000 suit of spanish armor. $15,000 spent on what purported to be a ford's theater billed from the night of the lincoln assassination. wow. really? who knows but that's what the people of harrison paid for it whether it is real or not. $6500 for a vampire hunting kit, which was definitely fake because there is no such thing as a real vampire hunting kit but there are a robust trade in ones that are fake. pistols, saddles, anchors, anvils, cross bows, strong boxes from stagecoaches, sheriffs page badges. all of this stuff, millions of dollars for this stuff was bought by the former mayor of harrison pennsylvania.
