out in western maryland, this area is all the way into areas of west virginia. most of our storms will be between 7:00 p.m. and midnight. with them high winds and for sure some downpours. as a matter of fact, much of our viewing area shaded in green is under a flash flood watch until 2:00 a.m. so, the storms come through and they will be slow moving and some could produce as much as one to two inches of rain. we have got the severe thunderstorm for areas. they are eastbound to areas of winchester ask just north of i-81. in the springs you can get another look at that line of storms once again.
