camden's waterfront is changing. today's announcement is quite the milestone for a city that has seen its share of problem. fox 29's dawn timmeney joins us live from camden where city officials and the governor unveiled details of the huge project. dawn? >> reporter: well, lucy, this will be a real game changer for camden. they'll be two huge towers and some ground level buildings i'm standing right where one those towers will be built and it's project looks anything like the plans we saw today, it's going to be pretty incredible. >> i am little concerned that i'm at a podium next to a tank full of sharks. nbc 10's matt delucia is live this morning in camden where the community is asking what comes next? matt? >> reporter: the pope's itinerary does not include a visit to camden but the folks who work here with the homeless, with the poor, the less fortunate are hoping this papal visit will bring a lot to this area, to this region. and really hoping that it wail make a situation that is really bad right now a whole lot better. a million or so people are expected to see the papal mass in just a few weeks. the big question over at the joseph charities are asking will his message encourage people to donate, to volunteer? the people here work with the homeless and the hungry and help rehab homes. >> a lot of people have heard the negative image of camden a lot these days. i think there are many of us that are working to change that. >> i hope it's going to bring a whole lot more attention so people come our way, we see what you're doing, we'd like to join this effort. >> reporter: of course, there are plenty of big and small city charities like that one that are throughout this area that a

camden county. the truck overturned in belmawr early this morning. the driver wasn't hurt, but the wreck is blocking all northbound lanes. fuel leaked on the road so crews have to clean that up and unload the fuel all before they can begin to upright the tractor-trailer. the best bet at this hour is to steer clear of 295 northbound in belmawr, camden county. >>> a woman stabbed another woman during an argument in north philadelphia. police say the two women were arguing inside a home on the 2300 block of 20th street. during the fight, one woman pulled out a knife and stabbed the other woman in the face, shoulder and back. she also listed in serious condition at temple university hospital, the other women fled on foot. >>> we are learning information about a suspicious device that led to storm tracker 6 3hd live wayses in center city. officials say security officers from jefferson hospital noticed the device at the intersection of 11th and locust before 11:00 p.m. police and the bomb squad responded

there's something for everyone. >>> a developing story out of camden county. officials now identified the man who died this morning in a plane crash. 65-year-old david sees died when his plane crashed into someone's backyard. sees was the only person onboard and no one on the ground was hurt. officials are still trying to figure out why that plane crashed. >>> one year ago today, two pennsylvania state troopers were ambushed in the poconos. corporal bryon dickson was killed. the shooting happened just outside the bearingics in pikes county. the attack set off a 48-day manhunt for eric frein. nearly 1,000 state and federal authorities descended upon the area to find the accused cop killer. they found frein hiding in an abandoned airport hangar. he was restrained using the handcuffs of corporal dickson. he shared what life's been like for the family over the past year. >> he's definitely nonremorseful. and the stuff that he said and written, he's just an evil individual. so, like i said, i kind of shelter myself from anything to do with him because i really don'
