stephen: yeah, jonathan, we know that amanda jones, 56-year-old amanda jones but found murdered inside her home tuesday morning. we now know that the night before she was on the phone with a friend when she walked into her home. that friend heard her scream. heard the struggle. the apparent struggle with her killer. that friend called the call center here in prince george's county. it came through as a nonemergency call. the call taker reached out to the police who dispatched officers to the home. they noticed nothing amiss and returned and said nothing was there. the friend called again the following morning. again police went to the home. they still didn't see anything amiss. we now know from talking to police and to directors here at the call center that there was an apparent disconnect between what the individual who called the call center told the call taker and what was relayed to the police. let's listen in to the call that came in monday night. >> she was screaming at the top of her voice. it sounded like she was fighting somebody. it must have been in house when she got in the
