i'm jessica aguirre. >> and i'm raj mathai. police are trying to determine if the robberies are linked. the latest happened in san leandro, almost three weeks after an identical robbery happened near hebron court. we are joined from the border. and this sounds pretty alarming. >> reporter: we are at arroyo high school which is at the border. and police investigators say they do believe that the victims could have been targeted after taking children to school here in the morning and that the robberies were actually intended to be home invasions. san leandro police say the most recent robbery took place on monday morning here on burkhart avenue where a man was robbed by a group of men at gun point. it was similar to one that took place here on hebron court october 8th. both victims were asian men who dropped off children at the school. both cases involved three to four suspects, described as heavy-set african-americans wearing masks. >> in
