ktiv's tiffany lane has the details. << this isn't the first criminal case involving johnson and broady in a domestic dispute. on september 29th of this year, authorities say johnson punched broady in the face during a verbal argument inside a store at the southern hills mall in sioux city. johnson was charged with domestic abuse-assault. he has a pretrial conference scheduled for november 20th. broady was also convicted for felony forgery in wisconsin twice in 2005. the suspect accused of running over several people during oklahoma state university's homecoming parade made her first court appearance yesterday. adacia chambers appeared in court on a video monitor, but her family and friends were present. a judge set chambers' bond at 1 million dollars. her attorney told reporters chambers spent time in a mental hospital. he described what that time was like for her. s/tony/coleman/attorney "however during a visitation when dad visited her she was foaming at the mouth, her arms were extended out. his exact words were she was in a zombie-like state" according to chambers' father, doctors

ktiv's tiffany lane has new details on the couple involved in the shooting. tiffany? matt, authorities say 35 year-old nadia broady and her boyfriend, 23 year-old mykale johnson were engaged in a mutual domestic assault, where a handgun was involved. << the incident happened on the 1400 block of isabella st. in sioux city, shortly before 11 friday night. johnson and broady had a struggle outside their home at 14-17 isabella, where the gun went off. johnson was shot in the hand, while an unnamed female family member was hit in the chest. authorities believe both individuals were struck by the same single bullet. the handgun was later found by officers in a neighbor's yard. broady has been charged with aggravated domestic assault and felon in possesion of a firearm. johnson is charged with aggravated domestic and carrying a weapon. the unnamed victim was taken to mercy medical center. her condition is not considered life threatening. both johnson and broady have preliminary hearings on november second at the woodbury county law enforcement center. the judge in the case
