>>reporter: hi there, rob. yes, police have identified the victim here as 16-year-old marcus castillo. this is the building police say he was in yesterday afternoon when this all happened. police say he fell down an elevator shaft. inspectors were back on scene this morning. they got here about 20 minutes ago, we've seen them taking a lot of pictures of the property, it's believed that castillo slipped through the gates, some of the gates to get onto this 17-acre abandoned property. it used to be staten island hospital. police say it was around 4:30 yesterday when castillo was playing inside this building with friends when, again, he fell down that elevator shaft seven stories. he was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital, having suffered severe head trauma. people who live around here say this abandoned complex has been a popular hangout for years. >> everybody went in there, everybodiment i'm 34 years old, so when i was a kid, i use today come here all the time. they should knock it down. i don't know wh

the chase coming after police say they robbed a bank in wilmington, delaware. investigators say the couple was driving the same stolen buick s.u.v. from quincy seen at previous robberies over the ludlow, massachusetts at the end of september. joseph robbed the bank on center street and told the teller he had a gun and demanded large bills. after that, they were spotted in florida, holding up a wells fargo bank and getting away with cash there. then a few weeks ago, they hit a bank in maryland. in each robbery, carrier investigators were very concerned about the fact that the duo could be dangerous. that all ended when an alert state police officer spotted the stolen s.u.v. ryan schulteis, 7 news. >> jadiann: highway inspectors have found major deficiencies in the big dig tunnels in the past year. according to a report by the "boston herald", some need to be fixed right away. they discovered heavy rust on construction joints, missing steel cover plates, and heavy corrosion in some areas. the most serious issues were found inside the i-90 connector. on the westbo
