king of iowa and tim huelskamp of kansas. so, he's really trying to make over pictu overtures to the conference who can give him headaches on the debt limit issue and funding the government. i think from the folks i've talked to, ryan will have a lot of political capital coming out of the gate. there is a rallying cry through the house gop conference that it's been too chaotic for too long. let's get behind a guy who, by all means, is by far and away, the smartest kid in the room, we should trust him. so, he should be okay with the debt limit coming on november 3rd. john boehner will probably help him out. the big question is the budget on december 11th. remember, he is negotiating under the confines of the ryan/murray cap, a bipartisan deal he put forward two years ago. not all conservatives like that, so he'll have to figure out a way to placate those conservatives, but also get a budget forward so the government doesn't shut down the first month on his watch, jose. >> it's a big deal coming up. let's see how that turns out
