" since they don't live here, they don't know when the trucks have plowededo they can g g to the job. so tammy hubanks looked up the city's plow progress report online. "07:47:31 they are plenty of gun owners who believe they should bring their gun wherever they are to protect their family... and there's also plenty of residents who believe you don't neeeeto have a weapononn the library " north liberty city leaders also possible gun ban in 2013, but the council voted against the proposal. more than 85 percent of properties on c car rapids' nuisance list haven't received a second violation. that's according to cedar rapids city officials, who say the safe-cr ordinance is effective. it aims to reduce service calls to problemm properties by penalizing property owners for police calls or not maintaining the properties. it also requires property owners to fix the issues. oth
