to move into north las vegas. we were the only local station in carson city when governor sealed the deal for the billion dollar electric car factory. action news reporter bryan callahan has reaction from mayor john lee and the lawmakers in carson city. it was about a year and a half ago lawmakers passed the bills allowing tesla to build its battery factory outside reno, now that same legislature this week cleared the way for a governor's deal with faraday future. this after lawmakers spent four days in special session clearing the way for the electric car makers billion dollar factory.
