reporting live less less, 13 action news. tricia: a look now at other top local stories we are following for you right now at 13 action news. reporter: overnight a man was shot and killed right behind me. police found several shell casings in this parking lot. officers tell us some sort of fight broke out and a man was shot and killed, but police think they know who did this. broke into this elderly woman's home behind me. the woman was able to call 911 before they pushed her down and put a gun to her head she said she feared for her life. the police responded quickly and able to take the three suspects into custody. bryan: a live look outside across the valley, conditions a lot calmer right now than they were 24 hours ago. less check in with chief meteorologist bryan schofield. bryan: we had wind advisories early. they were allowed to expire a little early. the the winds collapsed across the valley even though we did see gusts around 30 miles-per-hour across the valley today. you can see the camera isn't moving around too mu

reporting yasmeen hassan 13 action news. bail has been set for the man accused of stabbing metro's k-9 nicky. tolavius timmons made his first his bail is set at 75-thousand dollars, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for march 4th. the stabbing happened last friday during a 12-hour standoff. as for nicky, his handler says he's recovering well and hopes he'll be back on patrol in about 3-weeks. the woman accused of driving her car into crowds of people on the strip did not appear in court again. you'll remember last time, lakeisha holloway was deemed to unruly to appear. a judge has now ordered for a 11th. holloway is facing 71 charges, including attempted murder for that crash back in december that killed a woman and injured more than 30 others. ahead today... hundreds of casino workers will set up camp in front of sunrise hospital, rallying for better health insurance. the culinary and bartenders unions are organizing the protest. it runs from 5 until 7 tonight. the groups say their rally should have no effect on peop
