i'm storm team 4 meteorologist chuck bell. road impacts through the day with all of the storms last night and through the morning, a could be one or two spots through the day. no problems through the day. temperatures above freezing. and really not that much precipitation. as a result, minor issues at the most. as far as snow this morning, here goes the end of flurry round number one. still flurries along the western shore of the chesapeake bay, but most of that has moved on to the eastern shore. most round of flurries arrived between 3:00 and 7:00 into early this evening. your commuter forecast, plenty of clouds this morning. temperatures are below freezing. so it's a cold start. again, another round of flurries. temperatures should be in mid to upper 30s. as a result, i don't think that's going to have much of a stick to the roads effect. colder air is set to move into the area in a big way. starting overnight tonight, into tomorrow. then going on into the weekend. it's going to be real cold. the coldest air of the winter. b
