near nellis and harmon. clark county sent four engines to fight the fire crews immediately went inside the home in rescue mode- after hearing reports of someone inside and they found a woman's body. we talked to a neighbor who saw what happened. "they said the woman went back in to get her dogs out and didn't. when the firemen came they said they couldn't get her, it was too late. its terrible, terrible ordeal. " witnesses also tell us neighbors rescued two dogs outside the home. investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the fire. the suspect arrested in a fatal shooting near the strip went before a judge today. omar talley's case was continued for a week, since his private attorney isn't in town. got in a fight with three people inside planet hollywood's parking lot, and he shot all three of them on the road. "melissa mendoza" and "jenniver chicas" were killed, and a man was injured. talley told police he doesn't remember any of this because he was drunk and high when it happened. there's no
