when on the outer loop we saw a large tractor-trailer over by the shoulder side of beltway the front of the cab completely crashed and smashed up. there was a very strong smevl gas by the time we turned around and came back the entire outer loop there is just completely jammed an i can tell you we counted at least a dozen vehicles here on the side of the road on upper loop flat tires and other disabilities here. these tokz hitting that debris and that concrete and not able to go any further. so, we see a couple of police officers here on the inner loop and it looks like they are getting ready at some point. i think they'll have to shut down these upper loops in order to get that debris from roadway cleaned up and get the disabled vehicles out of here. but, certainly just ghaich we had going on the sportsfever television network the beltway not far from here last friday definitely another traffic headache this morning. back to you. >> stay safe out there. we were taking a look at dave's cam from his vehicle he was driving inner loop and saw the backup on the other side outer loop. he'

okay, we still have the accident on the outer loop of the beltway between 95 and the new hampshire avenue causing some delays in this area. actually maryland state highway administration saying look, they have delays in many of our interstates along in maryland. that would include the beltway, parts of i-270 and 95. let's give you a live look. this is west of connecticut avenue. you can see some pretty significant volume on the inner and outer loop. it's rocking and rolling in that direction. you'll have nothing to watch out for. be careful about the slick conditions because we've had a few accidents as a result of that. back to the maps, traveling on the bw parkway, working your way down to southeast. a 23 minute commute. you'll see the bulk of the volume on 95, even parts pouf dale boulevard up to 395. a 17 minute commute this morning. traveling eastbound, we continue to do well, but you'll see. a 19 minute commute and southbound on 9270, working toward the capital beltway, a 21 minute commute. a live look from our maryland camera, shows how things are shaping up here. traffic flowing f
