wyff news 4's tim waller is here with the story. tim: michael, the suspect is 24-year-old bradford hester williams. greenville county deputies consider him armed and dangerous. williams is accused of killing two men in the parking lot of bugatti grand nightclub on thanksgiving morning in 2014. williams was arrested and jailed on the charges, but court records show, a month and half after his arrest, circuit court judge edward w. miller granted williams a $200,000 bond. he was ordered to wear a gps monitoring bracelet like this one, which deputies say he removed last thursday when he escaped. today, a spokesman for the bonding company, which will be out $200,000 if williams isn't captured, said he thought, with a double murder charge, there would have been no bond. he said they've dispatched two teams of bounty hunters to help track down williams, adding the suspect's family is distraught, williams on the phone to get him to turn himself in. today, we contacted the office of judge edward miller to see why he agreed to set bail for wi
