michelle: police say 43-year-old abbie kinney failed several field sobriety tests and a breathalyzer found she was more than two times the legal limit for booze. witnesses say she was driving through the infield at about 40 miles per hour, and continued driving, despite hitting several campers. she allegedly told officers she shouldn' t have been driving. she' s facing several charges. search continues for the man who stole a car with a 12-year-old inside. police say the child' s mother had stopped at his home at the 800 block of white court to become another child and take them to school. the girl was asleep in the back when the mother got out to go to the door. that is when a stranger jumped in according to investigators and took off with the child killing the car. >> the mom finally got a hold of her daughter on her cell phone and eyes when she said where she was rid --. >> the girls tony car and wasn' t harmed. we recovered a lot of good evidence. michelle: police say the suspect did not realize the goal was in the car. michelle: a murder investigation is underway near downtown o
