: and i'm lisa bell. person had to hitchhike home to davenport. justin warmoth has more on who was arrested and what know about this 13-year-old student in it polk county. deputies just wrapped up a news conference. what can they tell you? >> reporter: both the boy's parents and the polk county sheriff grady judd are appalled. this could have had a much different ending. the first time happened back on march 2nd. you can see the attendant walking in the aisle there in the bottom left of the screen, apparently not noticing the 13-year-old was sleeping in one of the seats. they both then leave the bus, locking it on their way out. then about 15 minutes later, deputies say the boy wakes up, realizes he's on the bus by himself, opens the emergency window and climbs out. deputies say he then hitchhiked his way back home, 30 miles from however, when he got home to davenport, he didn't tell his parents or anyone what happened. then on tuesday of this week, he was left on the bus again. both the bus attendant and driver did not check the seats. this time,

dan: busy, busy, lisa. last year, the ohio republican party changed how delegates are awarded to a winner takes all process. and that means as republican voters make their choice, they need to focus on the first box for the presidential primary. that' s what some of the confusion has been coming from. no doubt, it is a bit confusing. the republican presidential primary ballot shows two boxes. one for delegates at-large and one for district delegates. so what gives? election officials say they are still required by law to have both contests on the ballot. but the one that matters is the one marked "at-large" or the first one. and if you' re wondering, you can still mark a choice for the "district delegates" box, the second box, but we' re told it won' t have an impact on the results. i asked a few people about the ballots, and they were confused too. paul hillebrand: it' s kind of confusing, but i think if you vote for the same candidate in both sets of delegates then you come out as a winner. megan schaefer

i'm matt austin >> lisa: i'm lisa bell. a 17-year-old boy and his 18-year-old girlfriend are facing charges. the sheriff's office says michael anderson is charged with second-degree murder in the death of antoine davis. his girlfriend is charged as an accessory. davis was killed in ocoee last saturday night. news 6 reporter jennifer ortega has been following this for us and she joins us live. the sheriff just talked about this. >> reporter: well, the sheriff said he actually arrested 17-year-old michael anderson. he was hiding in the wooded area near orange blossom this morning when they arrested him around 1:20 this afternoon. they say his girlfriend played thing. she was actually charged with accessory and tampering with evidence. she has also been arrested and anderson is being charged with second-degree murder. here's what the sheriff had to say about the whole thing. >> we know this won't bring antoine back, but we -- but we hope this news will bring a measure of comfort to his family as they prepare for his funeral. >

lisa? lisa: thank you. happening today, the man charged with killing a middletown mom is expected back in court. curtis burdette is charged with killing brittany russell last month. russell was shot in her car outside a dayton apartment. her 6-month-old baby was found unharmed in the back seat. the prosecutor has not released a motive for the shooting. family and friends passed out fliers last night, searching for justice for two men murdered on section road weeks apart. 18-year-old charles murph was shot at his house last september. his mother says a woman first knocked on the door. then about an hour later, a man knocked and shot murph in the face when he looked through the blinds. no one has been arrested for the 18-year-old' s murder. then in october, charles flagg was gunned down outside a bar in springfield township. police say two men tried to rob him when he was shot. one man was caught, but another man is still on the loose. >> it' s very, very unfortunate for our family. you're talking about someb
