freezing in trenton. holding numbers above freezing at the airports down in south jersey, you want to be careful in case there's a slick spot. on the bus stop the snow is over, we might have damp roads by 6:00 a.m., 32 degrees by 6:00 a.m. 33 by 8:00 a.m. i doubt with yesterday's temperatures and recent temperatures above freezing we'll have many slick spots. but that's to watch out for. 36 degrees by 9:00 a.m. 42 by 11:00 a.m., high of 50 around 4:00 p.m. you'll be watching the roads like a hawk so far. i assume you're seeing wet conditions. >> reporter: i know there's a few spots on the ramps where you get a little bit of snow on the ramps. 42 northbound traffic hardly is he cars out and about, a couple of people on 42 near creek road heading toward the city and moving just fine at this hour. the roads are wet. we had an accident route 55 southbound at 56 that was slowing traffic down we are in the process of clearing that out now. you should not have any problem as you head to route 55. route 1 at the

as expected this is a light nuisance snow, in fact as you look at areas in philadelphia and trenton and wilmington, this is breaking up, light shades of gray, a lot of holes in the action and with temperatures just below the freezing mark any surface that's been treated is just wet. not a horrible commute. you want to take it slow on the side streets or places you didn't get the pretreatment. in south jersey it's filling in a little bit more and wilmington, it's more of the same. you can see the brighter shades of white. you can see the snow break up during the the morning commute in and around the i-95 corridor. it will take until lunch time to get off the coast. generally speaking we're going for a coating to an inch. as we look at the wide view back edge of the snow around washington and baltimore falling apart. the winter weather advisory is expected to expire around 9:00 a.m. around the region above the line i'm drawing there. down the shore it could be 1:00 p.m. before the advisory expires. we're below freezing just barely in philadelphia. 31 in there. 29 in trenton, 28 in allento

philadelphia and the major interstates, 59, 476, heading up to trenton, steady light to moderate rain. the yellow shows us more moderate rainfall. even around wilmington around 495, we had that steady rain. pretty much all the major interstates are seeing the rainfall. we're looking at ponding of water on the roadways. middletown to dover to milford, now seeing the heavier rain moving in from parts of maryland and cape may county. this heavier batch of rain moving in, this is what we're also watching. a lot of that will slide up the i-95 corridor. from wilmington to philadelphia, then up to trenton, we'll still be dealing with heavy rain as we go through the main part of the morning commute. temperatures mid to upper 40s. this is a chilly rainfall. it's going to stay like this. we're not going to get very warm and it will get windy. the rain continues. this is 8:00 in the morning. we still have areas of heavy rain, better north and west. lighter. but then by noon today, lunch time, we'll still be seeing periods of rainfall. it will be on the lighter side. then it will start to get qui

major interstates from trenton to philadelphia, wilmington, nice and quiet. it's cold. remember any wet roadways do have the chance of seeing slippery spots. 35 in philadelphia, 34 northeast philly, trenton 33 degrees. some of these numbers will be dropping a couple degrees before the sun comes up, too. 30 in doylestown, 30 in pottstown. closer to the shore, some areas are at freezing. cape may down to 32 degrees. we could be seeing slick spots on the roads regardless of roads wet this morning. little farther north into upper cape may county, 32 degrees in woodbine, 33 ocean view. but now we look in atlantic county, spots below freezing. mullica township, 31 degrees, 31 summer's point where we should be seeing the light snow falling. 32 degrees in north field. in these areas, be very careful. slick spots mainly wet, though, most of the snowy scene has been melting. very little accumulation if anything it would be on grassy surfaces in new jersey and delaware this morning but we do expect it to be ending by 7:00 a.m. here's future weather. that's all going to leave by 7:
