i think hillary clinton wins this, you can't beat hillary clinton again unless you're hillary clinton. she has such deep connections to the party's institutional dimensions, such a tremendous history with various constituent actors. very young, ambitious democratic politician asking what model that you can replicate, bernie sanders who you say not part of the party for long time, entirely the message that i thinks one that the rising class of young voters the trouble is going to have a tremendous -- the african american voters. constituent see that is liberal. large number of conservatives and modern voters who do not vote republicans. when you look at younger voters hane of color, look at that constituency those folks have not been voting in large numbers. when we see other voters of color coming into the process later on they will be more inclined like hillary clinton who is talking about the particular challenges facing voters of color. this is going to be very interesting. something that is distinct to democratic politics. >> you think that the candidate who says, we don't have to

you are on the hillary clinton beat. we saw the clinton campaign seems -- they seem to see an advantage in this, they were trying to raise money off of sanders comments overnight. if hillary clinton address it is today any idea where she's going to go on this? >> i've been told by a campaign official and i think we are going to hear secretary clinton her campaign stress three points, one, you were just discussing with kasie the fact that she never said that senator sanders was unqualified. he is essentially putting words in her mouth and, in fact, she was very careful to sidestep that question. number two and i think this gets more damaging for senator sanders, she's going to make the point, hey, you could make this argument about president obama and john kerry if that's your status for who was qualified, particularly when you're talking about trade deals, accepting money when you're running for president. and this gives her yet another opening to embrace president obama and to sort of cast senator sanders aside and say,

the clinton people say, even if you do that, the popular vote still goes to hillary clinton. >> but that popular vote doesn't include what's happening in all the caucus states. which brings down the number substantially. and when we get to the convention, at the end of the day, the democrats will have to decide who they want to elect in terms of who will be best in november. bernie sanders is a much more electable candidate in november. very important for democrats. the other thing that you haven't pointed out is we picked up a number of delegates, a lot of these caucus states have a sort of iterative process. and we've done a very good job at picking up additional delegates at each one of those levels. we've picked up delegates in nevada, we're going to pick up delegates, i believe, in iowa, washington state, even though, you know, we won 70/30. the outcome in delegates could eventually become 80/20 or even in a really big turnout in washington state, we could sweep the delegates in washington state. so a lot of opportunities to pick up delegates in the caucus process, as well. >> let m
