paisley park has a special place. and this is where prince's home base has been for the last 30 years and hold impromptu parties and people would do dance parties. there was a pajama party years ago about a skit with prince from a few years ago. this is one of the places that people are coming to kind of pay their respects to prince. as you mentioned last night outside first avenue thousands of people gather in the streets to have a party and celebrate prince's music and they were dancing and listening and a couple of artists that performed. really it was just a place to come and shed a few tears. share some hugs and take some pictures and just listen to good music and remember the good times they had with prince. there was one moment in particular where the id s, the tallest building, the lights on top were purple and the dj of the street party was playing purple rain and a very emotional moment. i got chills actually there and i think it was something that i thought prince would actually enjoy. just people enjoying

me, you see the people who showed up at paisley park. we have seen hundreds if not thousands of people standing at the fence line paying respects to prince. we have seen several talking just about how this could happen to the 57-year-old. a couple stars are actually walking among the crowd here. one talking to me saying he didn't want people to know he was here. he wanted to pay respects to an artist and a man he says that is meant so much to the community. far beyond what people may actually know in terms of what he's done for other people. one of the things we know is prince was found here around 9:40 in the morning. he was found unresponsive in an elevator. a 911 call. the transcripts show there was trouble responding here because the person calling 911 did not know the address to the location. once ems arrived, they tried to do cpr, he was pronounced dead after being unresponsive. people are hoping for more information about what happened to prince. that may not happen as quickly as people may want it to happen. all across the city,

and turned paisley park back over to prince's representatives. again, because this investigation is ongoing, i will not be answering questions on whether or not there were any items that were taken during the midwest medical examiner's office was contacted and dr. quinn s thetroble the carver county medical examiner responded. there were no obvious signs of trauma on the body at all. the body was transported to dr. stroble's office for an autopsy and that is being done today. the result from the autopsy may take several weeks which is not unusual. again, this will continue to be an open investigation until the autopsy results come back and we are ready to take questions that you may have. >> one of the 911 callers said there were people in the home who were distraught. can you tell me anymore who was in the home with prince at the time of his death? >> there were staff members there that had went to check on him. that is all i'll respon >> is there a suicide note found? >> i am not responding to any kind of questions regarding what may have been
