south jersey. it will cloud up real quickly. so even if the sun comes up and we see bright daylight, we'll see the clouds mixing in. what you can expect is rain mixing with wet snow. coming south to north. so don't expect this to be widespread across the entire area until much of the energy focused south of new york city. there will be a band of heavier, wet snow. it's interesting to see 1 to 3 inches for western new jersey. again, grassy surfaces and not really the roadways expecting the snow to stick. it will be damp and slippery in spots. coming across the delmarva, we've got rain on the north side of that. there's snow and colder air to contend with. so we'll see that coming across pennsylvania and making its way here. 8:00 a.m., it's crossing the state line, if you will, and moistening up the atmosphere with rain through south trenton and toms river. you can see morristown, central new jersey. here comes the snow, but look at the temperatures staying in the upper 30s. so we can see snow fallin

still in the 60s in south jersey. a couple spots in philadelphia are staying in the low 60s right now. well, they've just cooled down. 59 degrees. these are constantly updating from thousands of observations from the weather underground. we've teamed with them to bring you neighborhood weather. those storms you may have heard overnight are offshore. the next round is exiting the pocono mountains. it is to the west. those showers that are rolling through western pennsylvania and into central pennsylvania, that's the next wet weathermaker for us. we could see some heavy downpours during the day. if it's not going to be an all-day rainfall, however. you'll see breaks of sunshine for that quick warmup. by 5:00 this afternoon, we'll see the totals picking up. in fact, by 7:00 this evening, closer to three-quarter inch in swedesboro while philadelphia tops a third of an inch of rainfall. that's one computer model. it shows you that we will see some rainfall during theç day today. that's not our only chance of rain in the
