southwest gained 1.5%. that's because the key metric that's matter most are not the revenues or earnings. stop trading on those revenues and earnings. what they really follow these stocks care about, above all else is something called prasm. passenger revenue per available seat model. prasm it how much each one is making. when you look at the passive revenue, it is clear the wholesale was not so hot for some. united earl. but they did the best. not great. but superior to all the other majors. that's why it went up and the others went down or treaded water. so the southwest, the others have significant and national exposure. it's been the strong dollar. that could be getting better. that's just one piece of the puzzle. another major reason for performance. and that's the company's superior cost. it is another key measure. this is catch. casm. take a look at this chart. you can see how southwest airlines has been outperforming the rest of the industry. over the last two years the stock has doubled. american a

there'll be low clouds in the mix. 68 southwest. and 15 to 20 miles per hour. 67 in san jose. 50s for some. we're already seeing a dramatic drop and temperatures are warmer. this can be a little deceiving, but it's a sign of a pattern that's warmer in the morning and cooler in the afternoon. look at the cloud cover moving up. most of this is high base, and i'm sure low clouds will be developing as well. i felt the cooler breeze and you can almost get the sea breeze. mostly cloudy and a mix of high and low clouds. and eventually, rain from the south. the wind is all over the place but it should turn southerly. and we have a delta breeze at fairfield. this low will play into our weather tomorrow. and the next one drops in to open this one up and take its place. most of this looks to be central california. increasing clouds turning cloudy. on the mild side and more of a west, southwest breeze. the humidity is up there. if you're not by the bay i think you'll notice the higher humidity. and rain developed friday to saturday. a break sun

a couple of sprinkles southwest and down to 53 and winds out of the southwest at 7. they will pick up and turn more westerly tonight and tomorrow. here is the radar over the past hour. a couple more showers had developed on the east side of i- 81 between haggerstown and winchester. these are the heaviest showers into southern maryland moving to calvert county and we have showers south of 66, the west of colpepper and we will zoom in. rolling down 5 you will find heavy rain in waldorf and prince frederick and lighter activity northward. we will zoom in more and headed towards malacom and over by the bay. we will zoom in. old town, that's national harbor so there is light activity here and all green, light activity but it is kind of nuisance showers and this could graze nats park. the bulk of it will stay to the south of us but i think this activity by the pentagon and the airport could give nats park a sprinkle but they will keep playing ball. no lightning. showers and storms and early tonight, bus stop temperatures kind of cold. 36 to 48 and it will be breezy too. it
