hot weather is already moving into california. some parts of the state could hit triple digits for several days. that has emergency and power officials concern. here is charles clifford with more. >> reporter: the national weather service says on sunday high pressure will start to build across southern california. on monday and tuesday, temperatures could range between 100 degrees and 112 degrees which is unusual for june. there's also an elevated fire danger due to the hot, dry temperatures in the possibility of gusty winds. in the bay area it will warm up but not be quite as hot as in southern california. san francisco could see temperatures in the 70s. the north bay, south bay and east bay could hit 80s and livermore 90s by monday. they say they may issue flex alerts for monday and tuesday, asking people to reduce electricity usage in order to avoid power outages. the state office of emergency services is asking that people prepare for hot weather. they suggest staying out of the sun, wearing sunscreen and wearing light clothin
