jay korff is live at suburban hospital with the latest. son, the driver is recovering here at suburban hospital. earlier today we spoke with a pickup truck driver who was involved in the incident. tonight metro transit police said that montgomery county authorities plan on charging the pickup truck driver in this. the horrifying crash unfolded during rush-hour on east-west highway in chevy chase. this person said he was driving next to a metro bus when this happened. >> you never expected. the driver came up on my leg. my tire in my we'll. jay: his truck came to rest on the side of the road. the bus slammed into a tree, nearly a dozen passengers including the bus driver rushed to the hospital. this witness lives nearby. he said that he and velasquez rushed to help riders off. knowe bus driver do not what was going on. he was dazed from the accident. >> this bus is with cameras inside and out. we will be able to pride that -- provide that video evidence to investigators. jay: authorities say that evidence will show that velasquez, not the b
