we are waiting for an announcement from the district attorney of alameda county, which is set to start around noon. this is the woman at the center of the sex scandal that spanned several bay area law enforcement agencies. she goes by the name celeste guap. and she says she had sex with almost 30 police officers and sheriff's deputies including 14 from the oakland police department. sometimes in exchange for money, sometimes for favors like being tipped off to prostitution stings. earlier this week, the oakland mayor announced disciplinary measures against 11 officers, at least three accused of having sex with celeste guap when she was a minor. but sources say it was unlikely that any of the officers will actually be charged with statutory rape because guap has been untruthful in the past about some of her actions and they say they just don't have enough evidence to prove it. again, that's still a possibility. we have not heard official word from district attorney nancy o'malley. some of the other possible charges we could see against some of these officers, attempted sexual assault, l
