rowan university is keeping an eye on is what coming out of the faucets at fountains. some you should not drink. >> employees had asked about discolored waters. we did testing in late july of that, and we found that there was elevated levels of iron, as well as, elevated levels of lead. >> reporter: initial testing discovered five buildings including several dorms had lead levels above federal standard. the university told students and employees before semester started not drink water until they do further testing. they started to give out water bottles on campus. >> they gave us a you this case of water every one days. we have to brush our teeth with the water. >> reporter: last week rowan did simple test and found three more had high lead levels bringing the total to eight. that is about 15 percent of the campus. rowan posted a map to create a web page with updated testing which might not be complete until the semester is over. the law doesn't require colleges to test water only day care facilities. the university thinks the promise on campus not municipal water sour
