>>russell: and i'm russell rhodes. a lot ahead this morning but we have to start with some big traffic delays in clearwater. along gulf to bay boulevard where we're following a crash. unfortunately, it does involve a pedestrian who has passed away so this is going to be at the intersection with belcher road where we're seeing the westbound lanes are blocked and we do have some delays reported in the area and i apologize. sensors have been off in pinellas county a little bit as far as the positioning but this is back up towards u.s. 19 in that westbound direction. so drivers, please avoid the area. normally for this, i would throw out maybe drew street as a good work around since it's not too far from gulf to bay. it's just to the north and westbound and eastbound but there's a separate crash working at old coachman road there and we're seeing notable delay. i would say maybe druitt street or east bay, those are some work arounds for you. we do have a crew headed to the scene so we'll give you a live report as soon as w
