you can see the rain, south and 680 in concord. it's basically been raining since i got here at 4:15 am. no let up. this is some of the hardest rain we have seen the entire season. you can see the effect it's having on traffic. extremely slow. on the best days this is a bad commute. you can see how much standing water on the road and shoulders. if you're someone traveling here, robin said it earlier, slow down. there's lots of standing water. the good news is it's pretty comfortable to be out here. not a lot of went to speak of but the rain is falling continually. traveling from the north bay earlier and the rain was falling all the way from novato out here. be prepared, it's slow going and wet. make sure you slow down. pay attention to the standing water. >> the consequences for a quick turn, we have seen the accident. >> conditions in belmont. >>> it looks like the rain is picking up. you can see the windshield wipers going on and off on the cars. a lot of spray kicking up. you mindful, when you have the rain coming down, as cons
