our live hi-def doppler radar at this particular time is picking up light gentle rain primarily across the north bay and coast. but as we zero in, you see some more moderate cells that's now just moving into vacaville. saint helena, you see that little yellow to your west? that will be moving into your area. that's moderate rainfall. hi-def doppler radar placing all this rain from the ocean lifting out from the pacific in a northerly direction. this is subtropical moisture. so it's going to feel a bit muggy today and the rain will intensify, a half inch of rain per hour across the monterey bay so we have the flash flood watch in effect with the soberanes fire burn scarred area. we are expected up to three inches of rain there. there will be some flash flooding in the area by friday night. our live weather camera at this particular time paints a very dark sky. we have scattered light showers, temperatures in the 50s and 60s. the winds, although gentle now will be up to 35 miles per hour in the afternoon. so we will have the rain intensify. and we'll have the winds increasing. and we wil
