linda williams talked to those families living in the communities as they get ready to trick-or-treat this year. >> reporter: marc, the serial street shooter has not been linked to a case some people are worried come halloween, which is next monday, running around at night is not a safe thing to do with this guy out there. take a look at the composite sketch that has been circulating since july of the nine shootings and seven deaths. we went to this neighborhood near 63rd avenue and mcdowell. three people were killed by the serial street shooter back on july 11 as they sat in the car neighborhood. that happened on june 12 that shooting of the three people. one of the victims was just 12 years old. people in this neighborhood disagree on whether halloween will be business as usual in their neighborhood. >> i don't think we'll see a lot of people walking along and a lot of the parents will be more involved this year. their kids aren't going to be walking around alone anymore. i think there that are roaming the streets now. >> i think they are going to continue living their life and do t
