((brittany edney)) area organizers told me this project started in the early 80's and they plan to keep this annual tradition, going. it originally started off with transporting a few patients and over the years, it's grown into dozens. free of charge. and also transports them back after a day of festivities. this year, 28 patients throughout the valley were helped home and then back to their care facility. a-m-r says it's all about sharing and spreading happiness during the holiday season.
