mental health watch at the racine county jail after he hit and killed kevin and his daughter, emily, in caledonia friday. according to a criminal complaint, responding officers noticed ronin was unsteady and he fell asleep in the squad car. he told officers after working a third shift that he went out drinking at a hockey game and a strip club before the accident. after learning that kevin and his daughter had died in the crash, the criminal complaint says ronin was in a state of disbelief. the family released a statement over the weekend thanking first responders and requesting privacy. they said "we recognize the tragedy touches lives of more than just our family. we're grateful for all of love and support we've received in these trying times." a fund-raising site for the family has raised nearly $50,000 since the accident. meantime, ronin remains in the racine county jail on a $50,000 cash bond. the bond was set because of the charges in this case and his previous owi conviction in 2011. in racine, ricky mitchell, today's tmj 4. >> a 18-year-old has been crash at 27th and capitol. that crash h

a racine county man pleads guilty to homicide-related and killing a 13-year-old in caledonia. 35-year-old thomas macemon plead guilty to charges of homicide by negligent use of a vehicle and homicide by vehicle while using drugs. sara dray-zen was killed in august, 2015 when macemon hit her with his car as she walked on the side of the road. macemon told police he smoked marijuana, took xanax and had a shot of whiskey before the crash. brought you in july... when a sheboygan bartender was caught in the crossfire -- as police shot and killed a suspect. that bartender and a co-worker have now filed a claim against the city of sheboygan -- alleging the firing officers were negligent. justin williams shares new details. i had to pick up my hand and set it on top of the bar. months ago, we watched bartender kurt klessig struggle with the pain resulting from a shooting... whe police fatally shot an armed robber at the bar where klessig worked. in this surveillance video, two officers were positioned just outside the taverns side door and fired as the suspect exited the union avenue tap. i hones
