it is taking 48 minutes to drive from the carquinez bridge out to the macarthur maze. we can thank, you know, the traffic gods for no accidents here. it is slow getting across into san francisco. and, again, we've been looking at the east bay commute which has been grinding this morning. southbound 880 we had earlier problems. they're gone but the traffic has never really recovered. slow all the way down to fremont. northbound eightinga has been a little slow into milpitas because of earlier issues. in danville, there could be traffic lights out. avoid the corner of crow canyon and el costa as pg&e is fixing a blown transformer. let's go back to the desk. >>> police in san jose confirming to ktvu they have made two arrests in connection with a shooting. the officers were on foot patrol on the east side of the city on lobey drive. they approached a group of men who ran away. one of the individuals stopped and shot at officers. neither officer was hurt in the incident. and today, san jose pd telling that you say one of the men arrested is on parole and that the other is
