maricopa county recorder says ballot away. they aren't responsible for enforcing the harvesting ballot law in the first place. >> it would be illegal to keep those out. these are people who voted and handed you there voted ballot. you better turn it in. there isn't anything in the law that talks about the enforcement. it just says it's a county attorney's office said it will investigate any complaints about harvesting submitted by law enforcement. the last part is important, the maricopa county sheriff's office which does have an election patrol told me the harvesting law is almost impossible to enforce because once the ballots are dropped, there goes the evidence and there is no way to investigate exactly what happened. one more point of clarification, it is legal to take and drop off a ballot for a family member, someone you live with or somebody you care for. back to you.>>> it's not only us voting on some prop 205. these states also deciding the future of recreational pot. a gallup poll released in august, the number of ad
