last night. 15-year-old mason willsy was gunned down. annie mccormick is live at the crime scene with an update. >> reporter: we learned that the teen killed was a ninth grader at northeast high school, he was in this may fair neighborhood when he was gunned down. 15 district police officers raced him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. they identitied ian willsy as the victim of this shooting. chopper 6 hd was of the scene at ross and devereux where the teen shot in the chest collapsed while trying to run from his killers. he and a friend were walking to a store and two men approached. willsy's friend says that is when they saw a gun. >> one of them opened fire at him and didn't have a motive. >> they flag down a cop and they threw him in the back and he was gone. >> police are working off of a vague description. >> 14 that say baby. when you come down to it. you call him a teenager, but it's a baby. because of the hour and the eagles game was on, if you hear anything don't hesitate to call that to we your c
