a cop married to salem's police chief under arrest facing shocking allegations. prosecutors allege officer butler raped a man on halloween night. the victim was not under arrest but was in protective custody because his hotel room flooded and he had been drinking. prosecutors allege the victim wearing nothing but a towel because his clothes with his family trying to get dry clothes when officer butler began fondling him and later tried to perform oral sex on him in a brook closet. video and audio surveillance corroborated the man's story. according to a police report, butler made an admission when they talked to him "brian said several times without questioning that he gave in to temptation. he states he was embarrassed and apologized for having to be there on a saturday night. butler also allegedly claimed the sex was >> reporter: police chief mary butter will, officer butler's wife said she's concerned about how this will affect her department. >> the reflection of, you know, the alleged actions of one person shouldn't reflect badly upon department and the offi
