let's go to sarah, who is tracking breaking details in our criminal room. sarah? >> sarah: guys, what started as protest quickly turned into riots on the streets of portland, oregon. 26 people are facing charges this morning. police say as many as 4,000 people took to the streets for a second night, marching against donald trump. the demonstrateors threw objects at police, broke window, lit firecrackers, and started a dumpster fire. things began to escalate as pushing back against the crowd at around midnight. ultimately police used pepper spray and flash-bangs to force the crowd to disperse. and people were protesting outside the country, as well. hundreds marched through the streets of downtown vancouver last night. the protesters gathered at the new trump international hotel & tower, then marched downtown, blocking traffic in the streets. somehow signs that said "build kindness, not walls," and "love trump's hate." the president-elec is b protesters. trump tweeting, "just had a very open and successful presidential election. now professional protesters incited

sarah? >> sarah: kris, twitter is online this morning after a brief outage that affected users worldwide. the social media site were down for several minutes earlier this morning in the u.s., japan and parts of the europe. twitter has not commented on the outage and there is no word yet on how it happened. that came after wikileaks reported a cyber attack on its e-mail publication services. the site posting on facebook leaking 8,000 e-mails from the democratic national committee sunday afternoon. this only increases concerns of a potential hack attack that could affect election day. intelligence agencies along with homeland security and the military have been working together to combat a possible cyber attack. officials say they are focusing on critical infrastructure such as power grids. only two weeks ago twitter and other social media sites were affected when the new hampshire-based company den was hacked three times in one day. it's still not clear who was behind those attacks. but some
